Official Statement

Natalia Kramarenko, a former student of the “Life:Energy” course, has stolen the proprietary training materials of Yaryna Volynska and is using them for her own commercial purposes.

These actions:

• Violate copyright and related rights (Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”).
• Constitute the unlawful use of the registered trademark “Life:Energy” (Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Rights to Marks for Goods and Services”).
• Breach the Civil Code of Ukraine (Articles 418–432 – Intellectual Property Rights).
• May constitute unfair competition (Law of Ukraine “On Protection Against Unfair Competition”).
• May be classified as fraud and misappropriation of property (Criminal Code of Ukraine, Articles 190, 191).

All case materials are with our legal team and will be submitted to court.
